The Lands of Hope staff would like to announce the addition of allegiance Challenges, these challenges are special quests that all members of an allegiance can work towards completing.
To this end the requirements to complete a challenge are substantially higher than a quest, and based on the number of people in your allegiance and active within a certain time period.
The Challenge system is ladder based, each time you complete a main challenge your entire allegiance will gain access to special rewards, however enemy allegiances can work towards countering a challenge and thus prevent your allegiance from unlocking a reward that month.
There will be One Challenge once a month and only one allegiance can have a challenge running that month, the allegiance with control will be decided by sub challenges which should run in monthly intervals (2 weeks after the previous challenge) and all allegiances can take part in these sub challenges.
Rewards for completing these challenges include things as +armor and damage patches, which can be fitted to existing items to improve their stats, there will be some truly amazing rewards for completing the tenth rung of the challenge ladder.
These changes will hopefully encourage allegiance interaction and participation, as well as act as a means for the players to control advancement of the game plot and story.
