The Challenge system has proven to be a big success with a lot of allegiance members turning out to earn their allegiance some honor (not to mention the rewards).
Allegiance Challenges are special quests that all members of an allegiance can work towards completing, rather than quests that only individuals can complete. So far we have had varying results across the two servers with no one allegiance dominating and even a few late surges to take the Challenge. The next Challenge is scheduled to start in the first week of May with the Society in control of the challenge on Trollsgrove and the Exiles in control of the challenge on Hellsgate (our two different servers).
Guild Trophy Collection
Also added this month are a series of guild trophy quests, these involve collecting various semi-rare components that monsters drop and giving them to an NPC, for each component you retrieve you personally gain one guild fame, once all of the components the NPC is after have been gathered (and anyone in the guild can take part) a special item is unlocked for the guild. These quests are repeatable, and are a great way to gather some extra Guild Fame.
Best Building 2006
The Winners of the best building 2006 competition were announced on our website, we had a modest amount of entries and were quite amazed by the level of details some people put into their building design, the two two entries were really good and so we decided to give both of those entries a tied first place and each of them 50USD. Priests
A new skill has been added to priests in the last few days called "Intercession" this is to replace a skill originally given to priests that turned out to not be as useful as originally intended. The Intercession skill can be used on corpses, to aid the spirit in achieving after-life and the priest is rewarded with experience and a special blessing.
