As of Feb 20, the game has been down due to problems with upgrading the server software. The forums have been moved to forum.cantr.org and there is also a read-only message group at http://groups.google.com/group/cantr-announce that is used to post announcements when the server is down. It's unsure when the game will be fixed but people are working on it.
